These terms apply when you use this website or buy from it. flowtiva™ products are marketed by H A Enterprises, Lucknow – 226003 (U.P.) India.

Products and prices

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• We try to show products and prices accurately. If an error slips through, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Products are available while stock lasts. Quantities per order may be limited.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud.

Using our products

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
