This policy explains what personal information H A Enterprises (“we”), which markets flowtiva™, collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address and what you bought.
  • Payment details: handled entirely by our payment partner Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
  • On your device only: your bag, saved checkout details and the cycle tracker are stored in your browser. The cycle tracker data is never sent to us.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your orders, and send order and delivery updates.
  • To send Flow Club emails, only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to fulfil your order: Razorpay (payments), our courier/shipping partner (delivery), and our email provider (receipts and updates). We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements, and other data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.
